How We Think About Personalized Wellness
"Personalized" gets used loosely in this industry, sometimes it just means a quiz with eight questions that always recommends the same three products with your name printed on the label. We wanted to build something with more substance to it.
It starts with a real goal, not a SKU
Instead of a generic quiz, we organize our recommendations around Wellness Solutions: curated, goal-based systems for things like energy and focus, sleep and recovery, or gut health. Each one lays out which products actually belong together and why, so you're never guessing which foundational multivitamin pairs with which specific gap-filler.
A consultation, not a form
If a Wellness Solution page doesn't quite match your situation, a consultation is the place to go deeper. It's a real conversation about diet, sleep, activity, stress, and what you're already taking, because context matters. "I don't sleep well" means something different for someone training for a marathon than it does for someone working night shifts.
Recommendations are boring on purpose
A good recommendation usually isn't exotic. It's most often a foundational multivitamin, one or two things addressing a specific gap (often magnesium, vitamin D, or omega-3s), and nothing you don't need. We'd rather point you toward three well-chosen products than eight you'll stop taking in a month.
It's meant to change
What made sense in January doesn't necessarily fit in July. Training load changes, seasons change, sleep changes. If what you're taking stops making sense, that's worth revisiting, not something to set and forget.
You can always ask why
Every product we recommend should have a clear reason attached to it. If we can't explain why something belongs in your routine in a sentence or two, it probably shouldn't be there.
If you're curious what actually fits your goals, start with Wellness Solutions, or book a consultation if you want to talk it through.
