What is the difference between the packs?
The formula is the same across all three. The 31-day supply with case includes a reusable AM and PM tray, the 31-day refill is the same supply without the tray, and the 10-day supply is a shorter trial in single-serving packets.
How long does each pack last?
The 31-day options are a 31-day supply (186 tablets). The 10-day supply is 60 tablets in 20 packets.
When should I take it?
Split it across the day: one serving in the morning and one in the evening, each with a meal.
