How to use it

Open the full case and fill each labeled day's AM and PM side for the week ahead.
Each morning
Snap out just today
Pop that day's pod free from the tray and take it with you — no need to carry the whole case.
End of day
Clip it back in
Snap the empty pod back into the tray so the case stays complete for next week's refill.

Can I really remove just one day?
Yes — each of the 7 day pods snaps out of the main tray individually, so you can pocket just that day instead of the full case.
Is it big enough for fish oil and larger capsules?
Yes, each compartment is sized for larger softgels and capsules, not only small tablets.
Will it spill in my bag?
Each daily pod has its own snap clasp, and the main case has an outer clasp as well, so nothing shifts loose in transit.
How sturdy is the hinge?
The manufacturer rates the inner hinge for 10,000 open/close cycles, which at twice a day works out to well over a decade of daily use.
Does this replace talking to a pharmacist about my medications?
